THE STANDARD FIT

The standard fit has the tail-up dog in mind. As a standard, the back length is made so that it touches the base of the tail. The chest and neck are made to fit snuggly, yet with enough ease to allow your pooch to run comfortably when dressed in Happy Pooch apparel.

Sewn to touch the base of the dog’s tail.

Sewn to just cover the base of the dog’s tail. 

FURTHER CUSTOMIZATION

LONG

Sewn to fit slightly above the declaw. The hind legs of onesies are sewn to fit just under the dog’s hock.

SHORT

Sewn as a t-shirt with raglan cut sleeves. The hind legs of onesies are sewn to fit just over the dog’s hock.

HOODIE 

Sewn with a hoodie-styled neck.

SHORT TURTLENECK

Turtleneck made to match the length of your dog’s neck length.

LONG TURTLENECK

Long turtleneck that can fit over your dog’s head to cover the ears. 

 

 

ADD-ONS

For a fee that covers the extra materials and time needed, holes can be added so that your dog can wear their harness or collar underneath their clothing during walks.

TURTLENECKS

Halfway down from the top of the turtleneck.

BACK OF A SWEATER(HARNESSES)

According to the measurement provided with the order. x cm from the base of the neck.

For a fee that covers the extra materials and time needed, a little cork leather patch can be added to the back of your dog’s hoodie, as well as another snap to the back. This way the hoodie can be secured in placed so that the hoodie won’t accidentally cover your dog’s head while strutting around.

RECOMMENDATIONS

If your dog is an escape artist, consider choosing shorter sleeves. Or request having a sweater made as a sleeveless version instead. Escape artists or dogs with very short legs tend to get their legs stuck inside clothing. May also be a good idea if your dog will be dressed in the sweater/onesie when sleeping, as they tend to curl up, ending up with a leg inside a sleeve.

TANKS

The measurements of the items may not match your expectations. Tanks backs are sewn longer than raglan sweaters as they fit further up the neck. 

TAIL-UP

The back touches the base of the dog’s tail but does not cover it.

TAIL-DOWN

Fitted over the base of the tail. Preffered fit for dogs who generally walk with their tails down.

WHAT MEASUREMENTS DO I NEED TO INCLUDE WHEN ORDERING?
